Optimum Health Solutions has everything you need to be successful in your role as an Exercise Physiologist.We are a well-established and successful organisation that has been in operation for over 20 years. We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health Team in Hobart.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role provides a mixed caseload of both musculoskeletal and disability clientele, which can include adult and/or paediatric clients. With the best resources at your disposal, such as hydrotherapy pools and fully equipped gyms, you'll have everything you need to thrive in your role. We love to work with our EPs to tailor a caseload that best suits their knowledge, skill development, and areas of interest.CLINICAL & CAREER DEVELOPMENTOptimum's industry-leading internal Clinical Development and Mentorship Program ensures all our Exercise Physiologists are fully supported through:Weekly internal Exercise Physiology networking and professional development sessionsFortnightly multidisciplinary team workshops and networking opportunitiesOngoing supervision and mentoring tailored to the needs of each individual clinicianQuarterly full-day internal workshopsA tailored career development pathCAREER OPPORTUNITIESMany of our Facility Managers, Team Leaders, Operations Managers, and General Managers have all started with us as Exercise Physiologists.
