Group Financial ControllerThis high-profile Financial Services disruptor has a strong private equity investment base and a track record of over-delivering on revenue projections.
The business is experiencing rapid growth, has first mover advantage, a robust business model, and impressive Executive Management credentials.
Due to this continued growth, we are seeking a technically strong yet commercial Group Financial Controller who wants to be part of this growth story.
You will partner with a high-performance CFO in implementing and delivering a best-in-class finance function.
There is a requirement to help create and form the processes and procedures that may ultimately lead to an IPO.
As a key support to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller role will oversee all aspects of financial management, including:
Corporate accountingFinancial reporting and external reportingM&A supportTreasury managementDevelopment of internal control policies and proceduresThe role will have a strong Finance Transformation focus and will be a key player in the delivery of several high-profile projects (M&A, Systems, Business Integration).
You will have the support of a small team in a broad 'hands-on' role which will have regular C-Suite and Board exposure.
CA qualified and Big 4 trained, you will be technically strong having cut your teeth in a reputable Financial Services firm in an end-to-end finance role.
Top-notch performance ratings along with exemplary stakeholder engagement skills will stand you in good stead for this role.
The opportunity to transition into the Group CFO role will be open to a high performer.
