We provide design, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced electronic warfare components and subsystems using cutting edge wideband radio frequency and photonic technology.

About the Opportunity
To lead, plan, and manage the EH&S responsibilities as well as equipment and facilities management within L3Harris SASA, promoting and maintaining safe and reliable equipment and facilities as well as healthy working conditions for employees, with zero lost time injuries.
What the role will involve
Actively manage EH&S policies to ensure compliance with the appropriate regulatory bodies Manage the ongoing improvement of the company's safety management plan Establish and maintain safety policies, procedures and work instructions Chair safety committee meetings on a regular basis and manage all resultant actions to completion Responsible to ensure workplace inspections are conducted on a monthly basis Perform regulatory reporting for environmental, health and safety as required by local, state and federal requirements Actively lead the investigation of the root cause of industrial accidents and/or illnesses recommending appropriate corrective actions, assuring continued compliance Actively participate in quality processes to maintain a safe working environment for members of staff, contractors and visitors when on site What you'll bring
Formal WHS qualifications and significant practical experience in WHS Excellent understanding of WHS legislation.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing well documented systems and training programs Builds strong relationships with clients through results and have a positive response to feedback Deep regard for environmental, safety and well-being of company employees Proven strategic planning experience Proven leadership skills Consistently approach responsibilities with energy and a positive, constructive attitude and the promotion of continuous improvement Highest ethical standards, integrity and conduct Strong communication skills to convey concepts to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner About us
