We are looking for a strong leader to provide strategic direction to the Service Support Team.
Someone who can hit the ground running, motivate a team, and deliver high-quality person-centred supports.

As the Service Support Lead, this is a unique opportunity to inspire the Service Support Team whilst providing day-to-day supervision, offering guidance, and supporting the Service Support team with scheduling and NDIS funding services of the organisation.
This key role will require a strength-based approach to delivering successful outcomes to people with disability and their families.
What you'll do: Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to the service support team.Actively monitor and review the rostering requirements of the organisation.Facilitate the smooth transition of funding between Identitywa, NDIS and other funding bodies.Work with the teams to ensure KPI's for participant funding and rostering requirements for the disability services are met.Identify opportunities for improvement in service support to meet the needs of the families and employees.Complete reporting and other duties as required by the Service Improvement Manager.What you will bring to the team: Tertiary qualification or a minimum of 3 years relevant leadership experience.You will bring strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high performing service support teams.A dedicated experience in customer service in the disability field.A demonstrated commitment to the core values of Identitywa to always make a commitment to act.Working knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.Experience in scheduling and rostering employees in a person-centred approach across multiple services.High level interpersonal skills with the ability and empathy to work in a family-focused and confidential working environment.Commitment to the NDIS Standards and the safeguarding of children and adults at risk.We can offer you: Permanent Full TimeCompetitive hourly rateAttractive Salary Packaging options up to $18,550 (tax-free benefits Meal Entertainment, General Expenses, and Novated Lease)Beautiful workspace at our Northbridge officeOutstanding work culture with friendly and supportive teamsHow to apply: Please apply through our website with your current CV and a Cover Letter.
