About this role:
Programmed Care is looking for compassionate, caring, and supportive Disability Support Workers committed to regular and consistent shifts based in Halls Head, WA.
Previous experience working with clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's would be highly regarded.
Our client requires 24/7 support in their own home.
Shifts vary from 6.5 hours during the day and 12 hours overnight (including sleepovers).

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Personal Care Manual Handling Community Access Companionship Domestic Duties To be considered for this rewarding role you must be able to provide the following:
Current Certificate III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care Preferably has experience in an aged care facility, in-home support, or community-based role Preferably Medication Competency Certificate Valid Driver's Licence, Reliable and Registered Vehicle, and current Car Insurance Current First Aid/CPR Certificate and Manual Handling NDIS Worker Clearance Evidence of Flu Vaccinations Benefits of working for Programmed Care:
