About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for those with Procurement or Purchasing experience to join our team in Varsity Lakes.
Reporting to this Senior Procurement Officer, this role will see you providing a high level of service to internal and external customers, in line with Coral Homes goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Quotes and Tendering - Request Quotes and Tenders from suppliers for products associated with Display Homes, MyChoice Selection Showroom, Sales Costing and New Products/Designs.
Pricing Comparisons – Analyse and provide recommendations on quote and tender pricing including reviewing anomalies and providing direction to stake holders.
Agreements – Draft and issue agreements to suppliers including all pricing, performance, support and service level specifications.
Catalogue and Specification Management – Assisting with catalogue and specification maintenance and transformation projects.
Supplier Audits – Sending, analysing and reporting on responses from key stakeholders regarding supplier performance.
About you

Ability to maintain a consistent and very high standard of work at all times
Demonstrate honesty and integrity – promote positive working relationships
Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and data programmes
Customer-centric professional, with exceptional personal presentation
Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Experience in residential building industry or state government department (highly regarded)
