We are seeking suitable candidates for two unique opportunities to inspire and mentor youth across the Northern Territory: Youth Development Coach (YDC) and Career Start Development Coach (CSDC).

Youth Development Coach (YDC)
As a Youth Development Coach, you will mentor and support youth through government-funded employment programs.
Working closely with Youth Transitions Coordinators, you will help young job seekers develop their skills and career pathways, providing guidance, facilitating group sessions, and helping them overcome non-vocational barriers.
What you'll bring:
Experience in Youth Work, Community Services, or Disability Support Ability to engage effectively with young people, particularly in Aboriginal communities Strong group facilitation and program delivery skills Career Development or Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) NT Working with Children OCHRE Card and driver's licence Proficiency in Microsoft Office Career Start Development Coach (CSDC)
As a Career Start Development Coach, you will mentor and provide practical employment guidance to participants in the CareerStart Engineering Essentials program, run in partnership with Charles Darwin University (CDU).
You will help participants identify their goals, develop Learning Plans, and facilitate job search activities, all while providing post-placement support to ensure success in employment or education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide vocational guidance tailored to participant goals Facilitate individual and group employability coaching sessions Maintain accurate program documentation and participant records Foster a culture of Advantaged Thinking, focusing on talent-building Stay current with labour market trends and employer expectations What you'll bring:
Experience or qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services, Disability, or a trade-related industry (desirable) NT Working with Children OCHRE Card and driver's licence Proficiency in Microsoft Office A commitment to upholding the organisation's values and principles Why Join Us?
