A newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Operations Lead to join their Bondi head office.
In this hands-on role you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, ensuring that all customer needs, queries, and concerns are met.
Key responsibilities: Manage relationships with all customers ranging from national chains to individual sitesBe the initial point of contact for all customer queriesRefer queries to relevant departments and utilise your strong follow-up skills to ensure queries are resolved quicklyWork closely with internal teams including logistics, order entry & production to ensure seamless service deliveryYou bring: Strong relationship management and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levelsStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingExperience managing large accounts, preferably in the FMCG or retail sectorsThis role requires a hands-on, results-driven individual with strong customer management experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
