What we offer: Competitive remuneration: Generous above award salary of approximately $80,000 p/a including Super, based on experience. Provided tools: Work phone, computer, and iPad for efficient work performance. Ongoing development: Collaborate with a team of health professionals for mentoring and support.
Professional development leave and allowances are also available. Flexible and supportive environment: Potential for flexible working hours for suitable candidates. The Role: Join our team as a Speech Pathologist and work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and liaise with families, educators, professionals, and support personnel.
This full-time position offers flexibility in working arrangements for the right candidate, within a supportive, engaging work environment.
Duties: Assist children and adolescents (and their families) with disabilities or developmental delays to enhance functional independence and social participation. Provide interventions, including assessments, recommendations, and therapy/training. Collaborate with the team to achieve positive outcomes for participants and their individual goals. Requirements: Full and current AHPRA registration. Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. Working with Children Check and National Police Check. Ability to establish rapport with clients and families to ensure engaging therapy sessions. Commitment to professional development. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
