We're excited to offer a new opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team until May 2026.
As part of our Business Marketing Team, you'll identify opportunities, develop creative campaigns, and collaborate closely with our broader marketing team to bring ideas to life.
This role is known internally as Marketing Lead.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, working Monday to Friday, based in our Melbourne CBD office.

With monthly rewards and recognition Internal training and resources for you to continue to learn, grow and achieve your career goals Yearly allowance for amazing Aussie merch Fitness Passport for access to multiple gyms and pools across Australia Let's talk about you To be successful in this role you will possess: Understanding of the telco industry Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role Proven experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns Strong writing and communication skills Experience with Salesforce (Pardot) is a bonus but not essential Ability to: Solve problems and lead effectively Work independently and collaboratively Learn quickly and adapt to change How will you support our "Why?" Develop a Product Marketing Plan and annual campaign plan with the Marketing Manager's support Understand customer pain points, market opportunities, competitors, and brand insights Drive lead generation and sales growth to acquire new customers Build loyalty and retention through cross-sell and upsell opportunities Create and manage campaigns across TV, radio, digital, automation (email/SMS), and more Optimise creative messaging across all channels Work with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign assets Manage campaign budgets and forecast results Track and report campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions Perform other tasks as needed Ready to join?
