Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and coach your crew to deliver exceptional customer service.Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth processes.Scheduling & Planning: Create rosters, assign duties, and ensure coverage during busy periods.Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, ordering, and rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.Financial Management: Monitor food costs, control expenses, and achieve budget targets.Compliance: Perform opening and closing duties, ensure safety standards, and act as the first aid officer when needed.Collaboration: Be an integral part of the Virgin Active club leadership team.Qualifications We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 1 year of experience in cafe or restaurant management.Can work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment.Loves creating memorable customer experiences and ensuring a safe, clean space for all.Is a people person—warm, genuine, and dedicated to mentoring others.Has strong communication skills and can confidently interact at all levels.Is driven, proactive, and a natural problem-solver.Understands budgets and the impact of operational decisions.Can obtain a Working with Children's Check (if required).Why Join Us?
