Surgical Device Territory Manager - Brisbane QLDLeverage your sales achievements and intrinsic drive to achieve success with this large US Medical Device company.
You will Need STRONG Sales Experience and Proven Results; you do not need to have sold in medical devices but you must have some sales experience.You will have a strong achievement drive and love working to KPIs to achieve more than your bestRare Opportunity to Enter the Medical Device Market in Brisbane.Uncapped Commission on Sales - Earning Potential is in YOUR HandsThe RoleYour role will encompass the sales of their highly regarded Neurosurgical instruments (capital) to surgeons in Brisbane from South Brisbane to the Gold Coast, with over 90% of the territory being Brisbane based.
You will utilise your skills to consolidate existing successful business relationships and convert business from competitors.Drive sales to Neurosurgeons and Spinal surgeons across Brisbane whilst liaising with National and International Key Opinion Leaders.Responsible for increasing usage of these instruments across hospital departments through development of relationships with key hospital stakeholders.Organise presentations to surgeons, establish trials with staff training and provide theatre support for surgeons.Meet quarterly and yearly sales quotas, gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers.Become a product expert as you support your customers in the field and the operating theatre.Skills & Experience CAN INCLUDE...Sound Territory Management and Key Customer Relationships.Excellent Time Management Skills.Strong Negotiation Skills.The Ability to Work with others as part of a Team is Essential.Tertiary Qualifications are Preferred in a Scientific, Allied Health Field Specifically Physiotherapy/OT or Marketing.Previous device sales experience.Previous theatre experience.Experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry.Good communication & presentation skills.Ability to adapt & learn quickly.You strive to be seen as an expert in your field.You will be a high achiever with results that reflect your outcomes in previous roles and life.The PackageImpressive Base Salary & Package including Car Allowance, Salary Continuance Insurance.Uncapped Commission on Sales - $$$$$$.A Company with a Top Class Worldwide Reputation.Global Leader in Medical Device Sales.Train Towards a Rewarding Career.Next StepsIf you are interested in this great opportunity please submit your CV via the Apply button.
