You will be a part of a skilled production workforce; focus will be on continual development and improvement of our safety culture; we live and breathe safety Driving quality improvements ensuring customer satisfaction will also be one of your top priorities along with driving the LEAN and continuous improvement methodology, and implementation of strategies to improve production performances.In addition, you'll:Be responsible for maintaining a high level of qualityMeet delivery schedules in line with requirementsMaintain a high level of safetyMaintain a strong customer focusAbout YouWe're looking to leverage your skills and experience in window manufacturing. You need to have an open and transparent communication style, including the ability to gain trust.
