Delivering their own projects in South East QLD in what is an exciting time for the company, they are forecasting record sales in a buoyant, luxury owner occupier apartment market.This business has an enviable brand and operates with sophisticated processes and systems whilst remaining nimble and outcome focused. They pride themselves on over resourcing their projects to support better people, safety, quality and program outcomes. They operate with large project teams, which supports a better work life balance and impressive staff retention.The RoleSenior Contract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, both upstream and downstream. This includes procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations, and more.You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on design issues and remedies.You will be based out of the Brisbane office and/or site.The ProjectYou will be the lead CA on a $60m luxury apartment tower on the CBD fringes. The project is 12 levels with no basement and is due to start in March '25, providing ample time to take complete ownership.There will be no compromise on the finishes of these high-end apartments.About YouMost importantly, you will be a humble team playerThe ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 8+ years of experience working on similar projects. You will be well entrenched in the local market with strong consultant and subcontractor relationships.You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy, and integrity to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.RemunerationThere is a salary package of up to $200k + project completion bonuses for the right candidate.If you would like to have a confidential conversation, send your resume through to ******.
