Location ProfileOur school is looking for a Passionate, Proactive and Positive Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of staff in our Wellbeing Team. Located on beautiful Wurundjeri Country, Strathtulloh Primary School has been educating with HEART since 2022.
We are a brand-new state of the art school, located in the suburb of Strathtulloh.
We opened in January 2022 with 710 students already growing to over 1400 students and now employing over 160 staff in 2025.
Our students are phenomenal learners, supported by a community which values and supports education.

Selection CriteriaYour application for this position must specifically address each of the selection criteria below: Development and delivery of a comprehensive speech pathology service and a capacity to work across all areas of the school with students who have moderate to severe language delays and concerns.A sound knowledge of speech pathology techniques and the ability to develop, provide and evaluate speech pathology services and provide speech advice on appropriate intervention strategies.Demonstrated ability to administer appropriate language assessment and provide advice to staff and families on program delivery and follow up.Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of professionals, teachers and parents on service delivery and student based issues.A commitment to professional learning and growth, including the delivery of professional development to others.Please include the name, email address and phone number of at least 3 relevant referees who will need to complete an electronic reference addressing the Key Selection Criteria for you. Role3 or 4 days per week - with Tuesday and Wednesday being must work days. Range 4 is distinguished by broader management responsibility, particularly in the areas of finance, human resource and other support functions.
Range 4 is responsible for managing a range of functions under a wide range of conditions, subject to the size and complexity of school operations.
Objectives will, generally, be clearly defined; guidelines will be broad and day-to-day direction minimal.
Management responsibility extends to ensuring appropriate support levels are maintained across the school.
ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of support services to students, teachers, parents and other school clients.Ensure all external providers deliver the required service.Who May ApplyIndividuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
