THE ROLE

Bog level and decline development headings
Operate machines to achieve the required production levels.
Transferring materials to stope piles and loading trucks
Communicate effectively with colleagues, including mine supervisors, geologists and other machinery operators
Be organised and undertake all assigned tasks by the Shift Supervisor
Possess excellent housekeeping standards to ensure machinery is kept clean and tidy
Be familiar and comply with all Company Procedures, Guidelines and Work Methods applicable to your role

WHAT DO I NEED

National police clearance issued within 12 months or able to obtain, that is suitable for the gold industry
Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Bogger Operator in an underground mining environment
Knowledge and understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act & Regulations
A can-do, team-oriented attitude
Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable

Candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria which include medical and drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work checks and be able to provide a valid Australian national police clearance (or be able to obtain).
