We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Building Manager to work closely alongside an experienced Building Manager to oversee all common area aspects of a residential building in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
This is a full-time permanent position that will be based on site with working hours from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
As part of this exciting role, your key contributions will include: Meet and greet residents, guests, visitors and service providers;Management of all administrative functions associated with building management contracts and contractors;Relay vital communications to residents, owners, managing agents and other stakeholders;Management of electronic registers, invoicing, security devices, shared facilities, recreational areas and equipment;Assist with coordinating contractor repairs, maintenance, inspections and reports.What makes you stand out?
