Management (Information & Communication Technology)Key ResponsibilitiesThe IT Business Partner will act as a trusted adviser, leading operational and strategic interactions with business stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of technology services and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives.Strategic LeadershipAct as the primary point of contact for IT within the business unitFoster strong relationships with senior business stakeholdersProvide guidance on technology strategy and solution designOperational ExcellenceEnsure effective utilisation and enhancement of existing technology platformsDrive improvements in project and service delivery to achieve business outcomesOversee the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectivesInnovation & DevelopmentStay updated on innovative technology trends relevant to logistics and operationsIdentify opportunities for competitive advantage and improved efficiencyLead initiatives to explore and implement new technology solutionsCollaborationWork closely with project teams, applications, service, and architecture teamsMaximise return on investment from IT solutions by collaborating with key stakeholdersSupport the development of project ideas and business casesGovernance & ReportingManage governance forums to update the business on IT performance and initiativesCommunicate demand for IT services, including proposed technology investments and team requirementsProfileGlobal IT experience, extensive experience in a business-facing IT role, preferably within logistics.Strong project and program management expertise.Proven relationship management and team leadership capabilitiesResilience and adaptability in a changing environmentExcellent communication and influencing skillsJob OfferEngage in a dynamic environment focused on innovationLead strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiencyPlease apply within.
