Avondale is looking to expand its teaching staff in the Nursing and Health department and is eager to hear from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who share our passion for quality education.
The level of appointment will be determined on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
What will you do?
As a Nursing Lecturer, you will be involved in teaching in the undergraduate programs in the School of Nursing and Health.
This will involve teaching across both the Wahroonga and Cooranbong (Lake Macquarie) campuses.
Essential criteria: Relevant Masters degree as a minimum; Demonstrated ability to teach and engage with students in the learning and teaching arena; Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a team member; Supportive of the mission, values and ethos of Avondale; Desirable criteria: Recent clinical practice.
