Specialist Trainer & Assessor, Earthmoving & Civil Construction - 110k + superJoin the MultiSkills team today on a salary of $110k pa + Super + $5k sign on bonus (if fully qualified).

In addition, MultiSkills delivers a broad range of employer-specific, Verification of Competency (VOC) and bespoke training to our industry-based clients.

We have a great culture and are looking for experienced and professional Construction Earthmoving Trainers and Assessors to join our team.
We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Civil Construction & Earthmoving specialist, who can teach and assess the following topics:
ExcavatorFront End LoaderBackhoe LoaderSkid Steer LoaderRollerSafety & RiskPlans, Measurements & CalculationsGroundworks & DrainageDump Trucks (desirable)Dozer (desirable)Grader (desirable)Scrapers (desirable)Crushers & Screeners (desirable)The Role: The position is full-time (across both Werribee & Moolap campuses), however we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you.
We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Weekend work may also be available.
About You: We are looking for professional educators with fantastic people skills, a proven civil construction & earthmoving background, with a passion for sharing learnings with others.

A can-do attitude and an upbeat personalityAbility to multitask in a busy RTO environmentAbility to work as part of a team and autonomously when requiredAbility to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skillsPossess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/ Assessor and hold current industry skillsWe know that Trainers and Assessors do not grow on trees.

If you are currently working towards your TAE401122 Certificate IV Training & Assessment, you could be working as a trainer, under the supervision of one of our qualified team members.
Requirements Key responsibilities: Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulationsSupervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating trainingMaintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operationTravel may be required to deliver training off-sitePerform other general duties as requiredEssential criteria: Demonstrated Earthmoving experience within the construction/ civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectorsBe eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police CheckYou will need to be an Australian ResidentMust hold valid Australian Drivers LicenceBenefits Competitive pay ($110k + Super) with a $5k sign-on bonus (if fully qualified)Caring and collaborative work environmentAccess to digital tools and other supportive resources to ensure a positive teaching experienceProfessional development opportunitiesSalary sacrificing #J-18808-Ljbffr
