Job Description: In this cluster role, you will report to the Portfolio Financial Controller and ensure smooth daily operations of the Finance for multiple properties including Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley, and Ibis Budget Melbourne Airport.
Key duties include, but are not limited to the following: Weekly Payroll in line with Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010.Assist the Cluster Financial Controller with Financial Forecasts and Budget Preparations.Complete End of Month Reports, P&L, Forecasts, and other financial reports.Management and processing of Accounts Payable / Receivable.Coach and lead the finance team.Ensure Internal controls and maintain the credit limits.Assist with all audits related to financial standards and procedures.Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role.Strong attention to details.Ability to effectively time manage a large volume workload, to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.Proven ability to train and coach team members.Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Linked spreadsheets, and Macros.Authentic customer service, interpersonal & communication skills & be flexible in your approach to resolve issues.Experience using Opera (PMS) and SUN System would be advantageous.Why Work for Accor?
