Property Claims Service Consultants Level 1 | Permanent Full-time | Sydney NSW & Adelaide SA 4-6 weeks of remote training.
Hybrid working environment.
Ability to work a rotating roster from 8am-6.30pm (AEST) Multiple positions available.

You'll be responsible for: Managing a national based portfolio of property claims and handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner.
Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
About you: High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software.
Strong attention to detail.
A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
