You will ideally live in Sydney or the Central Coast and have a full work-from-home set-up.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally Process and manage sales orders and quotes Process payments and invoices Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Conduct outbound sales efforts as directed and focus on upselling and cross-selling About You The successful candidate will have:
2+ years of customer service experience dealing with clients via phone/email Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Experience with office management software (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel) Experience in manufacturing or related field (desirable) You will also have:
