About the role
Mortim Australia is looking for an experienced State Manager to oversee our operations in South Australia.
As our State Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth and profitability of the South Australian branch.
This is a full-time role based in Gillman, SA.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales and profit targets for the South Australian market Providing strong leadership and direction to your team Operations and Sales teams Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand our market share Fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Overseeing all operational and sales aspects of the SA business Reporting on performance and recommending improvements to senior management What we're looking for
Substantial experience (3+ years) in a senior general management or leadership roles A strong commercial acumen and track record of driving business growth and profitability Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills In-depth knowledge of the South Australian market and business landscape What we offer
