We take a values-based leadership approach putting our people at the centre of everything we do, striving to deliver our mission of Excellence in Care through our CORE Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will provide leadership and strategic direction to develop and deliver a state-wide shift absence coordination program to deliver high-quality, cost-effective and efficient rostering outcomes optimised to support operational requirements and sustainable results. The position holder is to engage, manage and support key stakeholders to ensure the fulfilment of resources supports service delivery expectations.The Manager will be required to conduct organisational reviews on the operational effectiveness of the Absence Coordination Line and develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the efficient and effective management of the rostering of resources. The position manages internal and external relationships providing professional and timely advice in relation to operational matters and ensures the adequate deployment of resources to meet service delivery expectations.
