We are seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, hands-on commercial Supervisor/Cleaner at a private school facility in Officer.
You will be responsible for one of our most prestigious sites at a private high school supervising and developing staff and client relationship building.
Well-presented applicants with highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) and extensive cleaning knowledge are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:
Cleaning career-minded personAbility to organize a work site and supervise staff (up to 8 staff)Extensive and comprehensive hands-on experience in commercial cleaning, minimum 3-4 years experience in supervision or managementPossess excellent communication, organization, time management and reporting skills, proven leadership qualities, strong influencing skillsKnowledge in the use of buffing, scrubbing machines including strip and sealing floors is considered an advantageExperience in cleaning schools is also highly desirableCurrent Working With Children Check and National Police CheckAs part of the recruitment process, you will be required to attend an interview at our Thomastown (VIC 3074) Head Office.
