Job highlights As Senior Medical Practitioner within the multidisciplinary teamPlay a pivotal role in providing exceptional treatment pathways for health assessment, treatment, and management to our clients.Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care that promotes recovery and well-being.Work in a new, first-class addictions facility.Be part of a highly skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team.Enjoy a fulfilling and challenging role where you can make a real difference.Benefit from excellent professional development opportunities and career progression pathways.Work in a vibrant and inclusive environment that values diversity and innovation.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.Provide expert clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff and allied health professionals.Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring their active involvement in the care process.Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities to enhance service delivery.Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of mental health practice.Demonstrated expertise in addictions medicine.This experience in Australia or NZ, Ireland, nations of the UK, USA or Canada.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.A strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and patient-centred care.Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds.A passion for teaching and mentoring junior medical staff.Please note: if you are applying from the UK and completed a primary medical degree in a non-English speaking country you must have PLAB.
