We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator to join our finance team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Prepare and maintain financial reports related to payables and receivables.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial reporting.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Flexible Working Hours.How to Apply:If you are passionate about finance and meet the qualifications above, we'd love to hear from you Please send your resume and a cover letter to ****** with the subject line "Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator Application."
