Check us out at www.flightrisk.auThe RoleAs an E-Bike Mechanic, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and performance of our premium e-bikes.
You'll work hands-on to assemble, repair, and maintain e-bikes, ensuring our B2C and B2B customers enjoy a safe and seamless riding experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, service, and repair e-bikes to the highest standard.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.Conduct routine maintenance checks on e-bikes.Ensure quality control measures are adhered to during all repairs and servicing.Maintain an organised and efficient workshop environment.Support our B2C customers by providing high-quality repair and maintenance services.Collaborate with our B2B partners to deliver exceptional service and support their needs.Assist customers with technical advice and guidance on e-bike care and maintenance.About YouProven experience as a bicycle mechanic; e-bike experience highly desirable.Preferred experience working in a bicycle store, including building and repairing bikes.Strong understanding of bicycle mechanics, including electrical systems.Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Passion for cycling, e-bikes, and sustainable transport solutions.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing, innovative e-bike business.Competitive salary package with potential for growth.Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.Convenient Mascot location with on-site parking.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge e-bike technology.Apply NowIf you're ready to join the e-mobility revolution and bring your mechanical expertise to Flight Risk, send your résumé and cover letter by 15th January 2025.Flight Risk is an equal-opportunity employer.
