Project Manager

Our client is a well-known private developer with an enviable track record in the mixed-use residential sector, having completed a number of award-winning developments.
Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently looking to appoint a Project Manager with client-side PM experience delivering apartments.
The RoleWorking closely with the wider development and project management team, this role will have responsibility for hands-on project management of a 300+ apartment development which is due to start construction in Q2 2025.
This role will typically drive developments post-town planning through to settlement with a focus on high attention to detail and ensuring optimum quality.
About YouIt is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property, or a related fieldProven track record in the delivery of residential developments on the Eastern seaboard (5-10 years experience)Experience in running a tender, tender evaluation, and builder appointmentStrong interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligenceHigh attention to detail and passion for high-end residential developmentIdeally, you will have worked in a PM role for a developer or for a PM consultancy.What's on OfferThis is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning development group where you will deliver an enviable pipeline of high-end, design-focused residential developments.
