Our mission is to entertain, inspire creativity and bring joy, and we're looking for a Social Media Producer to join our growing organisation in Sydney.As a member of our Content team, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative ideas, execute featured programming, and innovate new content formats.
Through a combination of creative production and development, you'll both pitch and produce short form talent-led vertical content and support the evolution of Amplify.We're looking for a team player and a sharp creative mind who will help shape the future of digital content in the Australian market.You WillBuild and create a voice across the brand's TikTok accounts, exhibiting excellent judgment and audience-sensitive framing for internal productions and brand partners.Ideate and support the creation of TikTok-first ideas and tactics in partnership with creators and video team for content that lives across TikTok, providing active recommendations and solutions to the content creation processAbility to react in a relatable and authentic way through community management.Be the day-to-day contact for all communication and account management with clients.Great ability to sell-in ideas and creative to clients and key stakeholders.Work with the Creative Director to ideate and concept around the brand's content strategy.Ideate with creators and clients on ideas for original content based around upcoming productions and map out a consistent posting scheduleTrack weekly and monthly analytics and performance, providing optimisations as necessaryServe as the point-person on all social goals (growth, views, and engagement) on TikTok and is accountable for providing vertical-specific tactics, strategic pivots, and added direction when neededMaintain and build relationships with TikTok platform partners, implementing best practices and innovating upon new platform updates and productsHelp maintain and uphold a healthy and positive culture for the studios teamIdeate, source, and create original real-time content for all audiences, identifying memes and trends at the cusp of virality and pop cultureParticipate in editorial and social brainstorms and weekly WIPSYou Have2 years year of social media and content creation experience with a publisher or brand, or as your own brand/as content creatorA deep understanding of Gen Z, Creators and TikTokProficiency in creating content using native iPhone tools, apps, and the TikTok editing suite including CapCutInterest in data around user engagement, viewership, and ability to iterate on successPositive, intuitive, proactive, and collaborative team playerRobust knowledge of current events + pop culture + creator worldSelf-management skills + take charge attitudeHighly organised, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneouslyHyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partnersDemonstrated passion for social and digital entertainmentA willingness to learn new skills and throw yourself into new challengesA a demonstrabletrack record in delivering original successful video formats for a social platform (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube etc)
