Based at Coomera in the largest facility of its type in the Southern Hemisphere, we support a dealer network that spans the globe.

There is an option for an immediate start.
Working in the design team, this role includes: New Product DevelopmentDesign and drafting of boat componentsComposite Structural DesignStability & Inclining ExperimentsSea TrialsProduction SupportComplianceHighly Regarded Skills Experience with Siemens NX11 3D CAD, AutoCAD, Maxsurf, or similarStructural analysis skills, HullScant and FEA experienceAdvanced modelling and drafting skillsKnowledge of ISO ruleset and the certification processPersonal Skills Practical and creative with strong problem solving and design abilityThe ability to convey complex information to production crewsAn understanding of the Luxury Yacht market is desirableSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyExcellent attention to detailThis is a full-time, office-based role offering half-day Fridays for work-life balance, free onsite parking, and a supportive environment within a skilled, professional team.
All training will be provided to the successful candidate, with a salary reflective of qualifications and experience.
