Pilgrim Clothing is a well-established iconic Australian female fashion Brand focused on providing a more sustainable clothing alternative for its customers.
It avoids short term, disposable, fast fashion trends, focusing on longer-term sustainable fashion that embodies and enhances the classic feminine aesthetic.
The vision is to create styles that empower women.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to manage our Fashion Boutique Concession Store located within Myer Chadstone.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will:
Provide excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.
Excel in your role as a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador displaying a strong affinity with the Pilgrim brand and its product.
Optimize store performance by delivering strong sales results and managing staff rosters.
Lead by example, train & develop staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results.
Enjoy delivering a high standard of personal, staff, store, and stock visual presentation.
Be innovative and provide feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim's performance.
Provide good housekeeping and administrative skills.
Skills and Attributes
It would be desirable if you had some or all of the following:
Strong understanding of styling for all body shapes.
Great time management and attention to detail.
Desire to be a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador and to represent the Brand.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven success in fashion retail.
Strong operations and administration ability.
Confident and have good leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train and develop a team.
Proactive and positive attitude with passion, engagement and integrity.
