Social Media Content Coordinator Digital Media Specialist

This is a key position in the delivery of Lifeline Mid Coast's social media activities. The Social Media Content Coordinator is responsible for managing Lifeline Mid Coast's social media platforms supporting both our retail and service sectors.The coordinator works collaboratively with the GMO, senior staff, and shop managers, acting as a vehicle for improving the profile and awareness of Lifeline Mid Coast through our social media channels and website. There will be daily activity within the role with more than 50 posts or notifications per month being created across our social media platforms. Day-to-day contact with our seven shop managers across the Mid North Coast region is essential.Employer RoleLifeline aims to support Australians in times of crisis and to equip individuals and community to be resilient and suicide safe. This Centre provides Lifeline's core services of crisis support and suicide prevention and maintains its financial sustainability through its seven shops across the Mid North Coast.MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure consistency according to international branding standards and compliance of Lifeline Accreditation and Standards Program (LASP) especially in relation to branding, trademark and communication of key messages.Work with senior management and stakeholders to review and update social media, website content and videos promoting services and retail, staff profiles and capability statements.Coordinate media campaigns through website, social media and marketing automation.Develop and maintain strong communications with key personnel to ensure improvement in all media presence.Establish and maintain media/communications related database.Liaise with Lifeline Australia and Lifeline NSW Centres marketing personnel when and where appropriate.Required to travel to support retail.Have read and understand all relevant Lifeline Mid Coast policies and procedures and participate in policy reviews related to relevant area of work including WHS.Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, social media posts and podcasts).Manage end-to-end digital projects.Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.Monitor ROI and KPIs.Stay up to date with digital media developments.Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.Using social media to engage consumers.Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.Monitoring social media and company website metrics.Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEQualifications:Diploma in Social Media Marketing or a similar field.Experience in being an Administrator of Facebook/Instagram business suite.An understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) best practices.Solid knowledge of social media editing software.In-depth knowledge and understanding of web design.Skills:Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.Strong listening and communication skills.The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software.Experience with visual communication principles.Familiarity with web design and content management systems.Excellent analytical and project management skills.An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Key Working RelationshipsInternal:Office Manager.General Manager Operations.CEO.Lifeline Mid Coast staff and volunteers.External:Personnel from other Lifeline Centres.Advantages We Can Offer:Salary Sacrificing benefits.Employee Assistance Program.If you're ready to make a real impact and be part of our mission, we encourage you to apply now
