In summary, the Administration Team Leader manages the finance administration team and is accountable for the development and execution of all administration, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks to ensure the continued success of our business. This can include but not be limited to;Overseeing development, execution, and improvement of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Administration functions of the business.Leadership and management of the administration team, including all requisite recruitment, performance management, and team development.Reconciling supplier statements and processing payments within agreed business terms with the supplier.Matching accounts receivable and receipts as required and End of Month reporting on aged payables and accounts receivables.Assisting the team and business with invoice and data enquiries.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience;5 years+ experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.People management experience, including demonstrated ability to lead a productive team.Ability to document administration processes and identify and implement process improvement opportunities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).WORKING AT REPAIRHUBOur teams love working at Repairhub, and we think you will too In return for your commitment, you will receive an attractive salary package, excellent career prospects, and a supportive team environment.
