Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the purpose of this position is to lead and develop a committed team to achieve consistently great results.About the role:Set and deliver targets by providing exceptional customer experiencesMeet customer needs in every way by recommending additional servicesRepresent and advocate for Myer to generate customer loyalty and maintain strong client baseSuperior and efficient operating standardsDemonstrate extensive product knowledgeAbout you:Retail sales background with proven resultsPrevious beauty industry experience working with Luxury Beauty brandsThe ability to establish strong working relationships with all stakeholdersThe experience and passion to motivate, engage & manage a teamQualifications in Makeup Artistry having worked in retailFinancial acumen to work to budgets and effectively plan weekly rostersBenefit to you:Working with Luxury leading brand, products and peopleExtensive customer service and product trainingRewarding commission structureLucrative brand incentivesCareer growth and succession opportunitiesAust.
