Security Technician

Due to recent promotions, we are seeking two security technicians/installers to join a tier two Security contractor in Darwin.
Ideally, they are looking for 1 x junior and 1 x senior Installers, the junior security installer with 1-2 years' experience and seeking a career in the Electronic Security space and the senior installer having 4+ years.
What's on Offer: Senior role has opportunity to go straight off the tools into a project role. Either straight away or a 6-month transition depending on experience.Competitive salary with a newly revised bonus structure.Career growth opportunities regularly available for internal staff. Responsibilities: Onsite quality control.Adjust sensitivity of units based on room structures and manufacturers' recommendations, using programming keypads.Feed cables through access holes, roof spaces, and cavity walls to reach fixture outlets; then position and terminate cables, wire and strapping.Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals in order to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, and related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans. Selection Criteria: 1-2 years' experience in a similar position for a Junior Technician role and 4+ years for the Senior Tech/Junior PM position.Experience in both residential and commercial is preferred.NT Driver's License.
