With over 200 years of real estate experience, we are, and always have been, in continual pursuit of brighter ways of working.About Us:Our Projects and Development Services (PDS) team provides corporate and institutional clients with the management of design, construction, and relocation services to minimize risk and eliminate unnecessary costs.
Projects range from greenfield developments to major fit-outs and refurbishments, from single one-off projects to state, national multi-site, and regional roll-out projects requiring consistent nationwide delivery.As one of the largest project management firms in Australia with a team of over 320 professional staff, we operate in sectors including commercial, industrial, education, data centres, hotels, retail, and defence.About the role:We are looking for a Project Director with a proven track record in managing clients and projects of major accounts to lead the NSW Project Team and support the State's and CoE's growth strategy in this sector for 2025 and onward.
When delivering complex investor-related projects, you will accept total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of a project (or projects) from initial establishment to handover and project closure.
The project role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the investor sector-specific project and focus these to maximize outcomes for all stakeholders.About you:We are looking for someone who can confidently manage project delivery from inception to closure with an ability to assist in the commercial assessment of new projects and in the preparation of project proposals and the delivery of presentations.
You will have proven negotiation skills with both internal and external groups including contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities and have the emotional maturity to effectively manage diverse personalities.
An understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects, and delivery constraints is essential as well as our obligations for complying with AS 4801, AS 14001, and Environmental Health and Safety legislation generally.What to expect from us:As an organization, we embrace diversity and celebrate it, proactively supporting the needs that difference brings.
