Viva Leisure, parent company to Club Lime, one of Australia's leading fitness companies, is looking for a new Club Manager to join the team on a Full-time or Part-time basis in Hurstville

This role is more than just a Club Manager; it provides exceptional leadership, management, and passion for health and well-being to all members and employees associated with Viva.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS The skills & qualifications we are looking for:
First Aid (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).
CPR (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).
Working with Vulnerable People Check (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).
Experience working within the Fitness Industry Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry Good aptitude for sales and striving to meet targets Good knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office applications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining member retention and increasing member sales across managing clubs.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
You will enjoy interacting with both members of the team and valued members to build the brand and support the team in a variety of tasks, along with mentoring future leaders to deliver their best performance.
Operational excellence by bringing highly organized and formal operational skills to the team, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while having the willingness to learn and adapt to new requirements.
Ability to be a role model and live our Viva values and behaviors while being passionate about our brands.
You will demonstrate professionalism, respect, courtesy, and support.
