Recent projects of the Eptec Group include the Bennelong Apartments in Sydney, Warragamba Dam Pipeline, Brisbane X-River Rail, Sydney Metro Trains, HMAS Choules, and Old Murray Bridge in SA.On offer to the candidate:Permanent full-time position with competitive salary + allowance + superannuationOpportunity to advance within the companyOpportunity to work with a fast-growing businessOn-site parkingAbout the role:We are seeking multiple Supervisors to join our defence solutions team based out of our Darwin office, NT.The key focus of our supervisors is to directly lead and develop a team of field-based staff; ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with our quality standards, delivering on the contractual requirements of our range of customers.Main responsibilities include:Live and role model Eptec's Zero Harm Values – drive a safety culture and collaborative team environment.Lead and manage field staff to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.Submit and maintain all completed site records.Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.Ensure sub-contractors/suppliers conform to project requirements.Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with plans and procedures.Participate in task planning and risk analysis, conduct regular audits, and maintain quality standards.Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.To be considered for this role you need:Tertiary qualifications in construction management or engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years' experience supervising teams and managing complex remediation projects.Must be NACE certified.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Experience in asset remediation and infrastructure projects, with blasting & painting, and concrete rehabilitation works.
