The Role
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing clinical operations within a large residential aged care facility. You'll steer a dedicated team of care professionals, ensuring that all clinical processes - from assessments and care planning to compliance and staff development - are executed to the highest standards. This position is integral to maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring residents feel at home, valued, and well cared for.
