NES Fircroft is partnered with a global business currently seeking to engage an Australian based Project Manager. This role will work alongside the external client Project Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of a key project over the next three years. The role provides PNG project management and operational expertise.Key Accountabilities:Financing Data room and due diligenceProvide documentation required for the financing data room and respond to due diligence requestsAssist with data required for investor presentationsCommunity business fundingIdentify opportunities, and assist as required, local landowners securing funding (as it relates to OTML activities)Safety Health Wellbeing and EnvironmentMaintain self in a fit state for workComply with all OHS&E policies, standards, procedures and toolsPromote safety, health, wellbeing & environmental awareness amongst workmatesStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with all stakeholders (Financing Projects, Ok Tedi Mine operations, Government representatives, Financiers, OTML ELT and Board, OTML Customers) to ensure alignment and communication channels are optimised.ReportingPrepare and present detailed reports, presentations and recommendations to CFO, Projects, OTML Executive Leadership Team and OTML Board of DirectorsEducation, Qualifications and LicencesDegree qualified in Business or similar desirable plus two years experience in similar role.ExperienceActively being part of a corporate financing transaction team, preferably leading the projectTrack record of raising capitalWorked in the resources industry, base metals desirable but not criticalSkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the mining industry.Salary on offer is AUD240,000 plus superannuation.To apply please submit your CV via the adjacent link.
