As we embark on a significant growth phase, we seek a seasoned General Manager – Road Logistics to lead our dynamic team of over 200 drivers.

Job Description Relocate to Geraldton
Drive the growth and success of the road logistics division, ensuring achievement of regional targets, profitability, and sustainable operations.
Oversee and enhance operational performance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Develop and execute strategies to optimise route planning, resource allocation, and operational costs to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
Build and inspire a high-performing team of supervisors and drivers, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and professional growth.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and partners, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities to expand operations and strengthen the company's market position.
Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and development opportunities to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
Ensure the seamless execution of internal systems and processes to maintain operational integrity and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in road logistics or a related field.
Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and operational improvements.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
