The Harvey Norman Full Time Bedding Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Bedding Floor Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always
to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Floor Manager, you will:

Understand retail management and life at home solutions.
Find the best outcomes for our customers.
Maximize sales while assisting in coaching and leading an enthusiastic team.
Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Exceed individual and store sales targets.
To be successful you must:

Have a passion for retail.
Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
What we require:

Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business.
A high level of Browngoods product knowledge to support customer queries.
Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record.
Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving.
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades.
