We are seeking expressions of interest from Building Managers eager to learn more about BFMS.
We're always on the lookout for talented professionals to join our team in the Inner West/Sydney area and beyond.
As a Building Manager, you will ensure smooth site operations, deliver exemplary customer service, and build strong customer relationships.
Your key contributions will include:
Inspecting Common Areas: Leading inspections to ensure safety and compliance are exemplary.Reporting: Crafting detailed reports and highlighting case developments to drive decision-making.Service Provider Management: Collaborating with and managing all service providers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.Committee Participation: Actively participating in committee meetings, providing unique insights to shape the property's future.Advisory Role: Elevating your status from a Building Manager to a trusted advisor, offering valuable recommendations to optimise property management and improve procedures.Are you?
