The Property Operations Technician (Carpenter) reports directly to the Property Operations Assistant Manager and will be repairing and maintaining all building finishes & joinery throughout our Casino, Hotels, Restaurants & Bars.
In addition to this, the Property Operations Technician will occasionally be required to attend works outside of their trade in order to assist other team members, providing an excellent opportunity to diversify their skillset
A few of your responsibilities Commissioning and testing of assetsAssisting with relocation of assets across propertyPreventative maintenance on Table games assetsReporting and documenting work through building maintenance softwareWhat we will be looking for Carpentry Trade Qualifications or equivalentAbility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse teamStrong teamwork capabilitiesAbout you The ideal candidate will be a trade certified Carpenter with the ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
The successful candidate will take pride in their work and will assist supervisors in ensuring the highest standard of production and efficiency.
