TS012 - Project Manager, Technical ServicesThe Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976.
The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territory—an area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights.AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLANEligible Aboriginal applicants will be granted priority consideration for this vacancy.

An applicant selected under this affirmative action plan will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility prior to commencement, such as:supporting statement from an appropriate Aboriginal organisationTHE ROLEPROJECT MANAGER, TECHNICAL SERVICES - TS012 - ALICE SPRINGSSO C $107,338.00 progressing to $115,905.00As a member of the Technical Services team, you will contribute to the planning, development and delivery of the CLC's capital and maintenance works program.
This key role actively contributes to the development planning and upgrade of buildings and grounds, at our remote and Alice Springs office locations.
This position provides technical support to the Community Development and Land Management teams in scoping works, grant submissions and project documentation and procurement, and through to delivery.BENEFITSAttractive base salary plus 15.4% superannuationGenerous salary packaging (maximum $29,000 annually, depending on individual circumstances)Ongoing district allowance (circa $3,640 for an individual or $6,660 with dependents)Yearly airfare allowance (circa $1,300)Relocation assistance, should you be moving to the regionSubsidised, fully furnished accommodation for the first four monthsThe Central Land Council is dedicated to delivering ongoing professional development and career progression for its people.
