Support a #1 Buyers Agency in the EAST RARE opportunity - OTE $100K + Call Ella @ Gough -0423 40 48 72 Our Client: We are seeking a Junior Buyers Agent/Associate to join our growing and highly successful team.
This isn't just another job, this is a career opportunity to work alongside one of the Top Buyers Agents in the Eastern Suburbs.
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support and demonstrate initiative.
We are seeking someone committed, confident and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously.
This is a salary & commission based role and we will strive to help you achieve your career & income goals.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for: Assist in the management of up to 10 plus clients at any one time Developing strong relationships with local Real Estate Agents Sourcing upcoming opportunities for our clients prior to hitting the market Inspecting properties on behalf of clients Database management Liaising with clients, agents & solicitors Email, appointment, and diary management Client care from sign up until settlement Attending weekly sales meetings & training The Candidate: Previous experience in Real Estate is ideal however not essential Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration/License & driver's license Immaculately presented and well-groomed Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Possess a strong work ethic Must be driven, have great energy & a can-do attitude The Benefits: Ideally you will come from a Real Estate background in Sales or Leasing Rare opportunity to work for a Buyers Agency Huge brand and excellent reputation Full training on offer Progression assured Work with high-end clientele Base + Comms + Mob Phone & Laptop.
