Permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced operations manager to manage a medium portfolio of homes across North West Melbourne.
Paying up to $190,000Non-profit salary packaging up to $18,500On-going career progressionYearly travel allowance5 weeks annual leavePaid training hours to upskillExcellent career growth opportunitiesAbout the roleYou will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the day-to-day operations across the provider's portfolio across the region, ensuring that the needs of residents, employees, and third parties are met.
Collaborating with Senior Managers and Facility Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring that exceptional services are consistently delivered at each facility.
