It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.We are actively seeking Food & Beverage Attendants experienced in Events and Banquets to join our growing Events team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service during events by assisting with food and beverage setup, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and organized event space. You will work closely with the events team to meet the specific needs of each event, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.A few of your responsibilities:Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage serviceCommunicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchenProvide quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient mannerComplete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work areaMaintain compliance with Responsible Service of AlcoholWhat are we looking for:Previous F&B experience in Events or high-volume restaurantsExceptional customer service skillsMaintain a strong guest focus in all servicesPassion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industryAvailable to work across a rotating rosterCurrent QLD RSA Statement of AttainmentAbout youYou have a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
